Once we receive confirmation of your successful payment, the entire process typically takes 2–5 weeks, depending on logistics and your location.

For Gen 1 users: You can keep your old device as a memento—it will be automatically deactivated 60 days after your purchase. Returning it is optional, but if you choose to send it back, you can ship it to one of the return addresses listed below.
For users trading in other devices: You must return your old device within 30 days of receiving your new RingConn device. Failure to do so may result in deactivation of your new device or a charge for the full trade-in value credited to your purchase.

Currently, we do not provide a prepaid return label for trade-in orders.
To complete your trade-in, please arrange the shipment of your original ring to the designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking details for your reference until the process is completed.

Can I buy a second-hand RingConn smart ring?
Be cautious when buying second-hand RingConn smart rings. If a ring has been traded in, it will be deactivated and cannot be used. When you try to bind a traded-in ring, the app will alert you with a pop-up message.
