How it works
Wearing Guide

The RingConn Smart Ring fits all fingers and can be worn on either hand. For optimal accuracy, we recommend wearing it on your index finger. You can also try it on your middle finger for comfort.

When wearing the ring, position the ring tracker (sensor side) against the pad of your index or middle finger. This ensures the ring is oriented correctly for accurate sizing and optimal sensor contact.

Your fingers naturally expand and shrink throughout the day due to temperature, activity, and sleep. To find your most accurate fit, wear the ring sizer for at least 24 hours, including during sleep.
A well-fitting ring should feel comfortable and stay securely in place without rotating during your daily activities.

Why does the actual ring feel slightly different from the sizing kit?
Why does the actual ring feel slightly different from the sizing kit?
That’s normal.
The sizing kit is made from plastic, while the actual RingConn ring has a smoother inner surface, so it may slide on and off a little more easily—even if the size is the same.
That’s why your sizing ring should feel secure and slightly snug, rather than loose during testing.
Is it okay if the sizing ring leaves light marks?
