This Gift-with-Purchase Promotion Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how Onovo Technology (Hong Kong) Limited d/b/a RingConn (“RingConn,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the RingConn × The Lord of the Rings gift-with-purchase promotion, including qualifying purchases of the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring, related purchase verification, fulfillment of promotional premium items, digital movie offer redemption, customer communications, campaign webpages, and related fulfillment activities collectively referred to in this Notice as the “Promotion.”
This Notice supplements RingConn’s general Privacy Policy, available at https://ringconn.com/pages/privacy-policy. If there is any conflict between this Notice and RingConn’s general Privacy Policy with respect to the Promotion, this Notice will apply to the extent of that conflict.
Company will promote and administer a gift-with-purchase offer at participating digital retailers. A consumer must purchase the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring to qualify for the digital movie offer. The digital movie offer will be available while supplies last. For each of the first three thousand and five hundred (3,500) qualifying purchases on Company’s official website, the consumer will be able to receive one (1) themed promotional premium item; and for each of the following three thousand (3,000) qualifying purchases on Company’s official website, the consumer will be able to choose three (3) WB Titles from six (6) WB Titles offered, subject to availability, verification, and the applicable offer terms.
This Promotion is administered by RingConn. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities are not responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of the Promotion. Movies Anywhere™, FanFlix, participating digital retailers, shipping providers, payment providers, and other third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms, which apply separately when you use those services.
1. Scope of This Notice
This Notice applies to personal information collected or processed in connection with the Promotion, including when you:
1) Visit a Promotion page or related promotional webpage;
2) Purchase the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring through Company’s official website or another participating digital retailer;
3) Submit or provide order information, purchase confirmation, contact information, shipping information, or redemption information for the Promotion;
4) Receive or use a promotional premium item, digital movie code, redemption link, coupon, or related Promotion benefit;
5) Communicate with RingConn about the Promotion, fulfillment status, redemption support, or privacy matters; or
6) Otherwise interact with us in relation to the Promotion.
This Notice is intended primarily for consumers in the United States. If a Promotion activity is offered outside the United States, additional privacy terms may apply depending on the applicable jurisdiction.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
1) Contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number;
2) Purchase and Promotion information, such as order number, product selected, purchase date, participating retailer, coupon or code usage, payment confirmation status, shipping status, and whether a consumer qualifies for a promotional premium item, digital movie offer, or other Promotion benefit;
3) Fulfillment information, such as shipping address, delivery instructions, redemption details, digital movie code delivery information, and customer support information needed to provide or support Promotion benefits;
4) Communications, such as emails, customer service inquiries, support messages, and other correspondence relating to the Promotion;
5) Consent and preference records, such as consent to receive certain communications where required by law and records of privacy choices or requests.
We do not intentionally collect full payment card information through the Promotion. Payment card information, if applicable, is processed by our payment service providers or the applicable participating digital retailer in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.
2.2 Website, Device, and Technical Information
When you visit a Promotion page or related website, we may collect certain technical information automatically, including:
1) IP address;
2) Device type, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers;
3) Referring and exit pages;
4) Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and other interaction data;
5) Approximate location derived from IP address;
6) Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies, where applicable.

The Promotion does not require consumers to provide medical records, specific medical diagnoses, treatment details, prescription information, mental health records, biometric identifiers, genetic information, health insurance information, precise geolocation information, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not provide sensitive personal information when communicating with us about the Promotion unless we specifically request it because it is required for legal compliance or to respond to your request.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
1) Directly from you;
2) From participating digital retailers, e-commerce, order management, payment confirmation, and fulfillment systems used for Promotion-related purchases or benefits;
3) From service providers assisting us with Promotion administration, purchase verification, customer support, digital code delivery, shipping, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or recordkeeping;
4) From third-party redemption or fulfillment services, such as Movies Anywhere™, FanFlix, shipping providers, and related services, where applicable;
5) From publicly available sources where relevant to verify purchase-related information or administer the Promotion.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
1) To administer, operate, manage, and promote the Promotion;
2) To verify qualifying purchases of the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring;
3) To determine whether a consumer qualifies for a promotional premium item, digital movie offer, digital movie code, coupon, or related Promotion benefit;
4) To allocate Promotion benefits based on the applicable offer terms, including the first three thousand and five hundred (3,500) qualifying purchases on Company’s official website and the following three thousand (3,000) qualifying purchases on Company’s official website;
5) To deliver promotional premium items, digital movie codes, redemption links, instructions, and customer support communications;
6) To process or verify Promotion-related purchases, order eligibility, redemption status, shipping status, and offer availability;
7) To send administrative messages, fulfillment instructions, redemption instructions, and customer support communications;
8) To prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, misuse of codes, automated activity, or other improper conduct;
9) To maintain records of purchase verification, fulfillment, consumer communications, privacy choices, and compliance;
10) To operate, improve, secure, and analyze Promotion pages and related websites;
11) To respond to questions, complaints, rights requests, and customer service inquiries;
12) To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, tax requirements, recordkeeping obligations, and contractual obligations;
13) To enforce this Notice, RingConn’s policies, applicable offer terms, and applicable platform or retailer terms;
14) To protect the rights, property, safety, and security of RingConn, consumers, service providers, participating retailers, and others.
We will not use personal information collected solely for Promotion administration to send unrelated direct marketing communications unless you separately agree to receive such communications or such use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
5.1 Service Providers and Vendors
We may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf, including:
1) Website hosting and technical service providers;
2) Email, messaging, and customer support providers;
3) Order management and e-commerce providers;
4) Payment confirmation and fraud prevention providers;
5) Promotional premium item fulfillment and shipping providers;
6) Digital code fulfillment and redemption support providers;
7) Analytics and security providers;
8) Legal, compliance, accounting, tax, and professional advisors.
These providers are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
5.2 Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and Rights-Related Parties
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. and its related entities are not responsible for the administration, operation, or execution of the Promotion. However, we may disclose limited Promotion materials, creative materials, redemption-related information, or related information to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. or its authorized representatives where reasonably necessary for rights clearance, approval, compliance with brand guidelines, legal review, anti-piracy controls, or protection of intellectual property rights. We do not disclose Promotion personal information to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. for its independent direct marketing unless you separately consent or unless such disclosure is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
5.3 Participating Retailers, Fulfillment Providers, and Third-Party Redemption Services
If you receive a digital movie code, redemption link, promotional premium item, or other third-party Promotion benefit, you may need to interact with a participating digital retailer, Movies Anywhere™, FanFlix, shipping provider, or another fulfillment or redemption provider. Your use of those services is governed by their separate terms and privacy policies. We may disclose limited information to such providers as necessary to verify purchases, provide codes, deliver items, provide redemption instructions, or support fulfillment and redemption.
5.4 Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose personal information if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, enforce this Notice or applicable offer terms, protect rights and safety, detect or investigate fraud or misconduct, or defend or pursue legal claims.
5.5 Business Transfers
We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
RingConn does not sell personal information collected solely for Promotion administration. RingConn does not use personal information collected solely for Promotion administration for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising unless we provide any required notice and choice under applicable law. Promotion webpages may use cookies or analytics technologies as described in RingConn’s general Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Your choices regarding cookies and online tracking may be described in those policies or in the cookie settings available on the relevant website.
7. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, including Promotion administration, purchase verification, fulfillment, customer support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax and accounting requirements, and recordkeeping.
In general:
1) Fulfillment, redemption, compliance, and legal records may be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law;
2) Order, purchase, shipping, redemption, and customer service records may be retained in accordance with RingConn’s general business record retention practices;
3) Technical and analytics records may be retained as described in RingConn’s general Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or applicable platform settings.
We will delete, de-identify, or aggregate personal information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your own accounts, devices, passwords, and communications.

We collect and use these categories of personal information for the purposes described in Section 4 of this Notice, including Promotion administration, purchase verification, fulfillment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and customer support.

We may disclose the categories of personal information listed above to the categories of recipients described in Section 5 of this Notice, including service providers, fulfillment providers, participating retailers, redemption services, professional advisors, legal authorities, and, where necessary, rights-related parties.
Sale or Sharing
We do not sell personal information collected solely for Promotion administration. We do not share personal information collected solely for Promotion administration for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide any legally required notice and choice.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information collected in connection with the Promotion for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law, including Promotion administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or as otherwise directed by you.
Retention
We retain personal information as described in Section 7 of this Notice.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have the right to request access, deletion, correction, information about disclosures, opt-out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. The Promotion is not directed to children or minors under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen (13) without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in connection with the Promotion, please contact us using the information in Section 15 below.
12. Third-Party Platforms, Links, and Services
The Promotion may involve third-party platforms or services, including participating digital retailers, Movies Anywhere™, FanFlix, shipping providers, payment providers, and other services. This Notice does not apply to third-party platforms or services that are not controlled by RingConn. Those third parties may collect, use, disclose, retain, or otherwise process your personal information according to their own privacy policies and terms. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party platform or service before using it.
13. International Consumers
This Notice is intended primarily for consumers in the United States. If you access Promotion materials from outside the United States or participate in any Promotion-related activity available in another country or region, your personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where RingConn or its service providers operate. If a Promotion activity is made available outside the United States, RingConn may provide additional jurisdiction-specific privacy terms as required by applicable law.

We may update this Notice from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this Notice was last revised. If we make material changes to this Notice, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, which may include posting the updated Notice on the Promotion page, updating the effective date, or providing other appropriate notice. Your continued participation in the Promotion after an updated Notice is posted means that you acknowledge the updated Notice, subject to applicable law.
