The RingConn app is where you review the wellness information collected by your ring. It brings together sleep, activity, vital trends and other supported features. Available information depends on your ring model and app version.
This guide explains how to use RingConn app data without confusing estimates with medical findings or assuming every advertised feature is already available.

Install the official RingConn app from your phone’s app store. Check the compatibility requirements on the product page for your ring; the current Gen 3 and Gen 2 pages list iOS 17.0 or later and Android 10.0 or later.
Follow the pairing prompts in the app, keep the ring charged and allow the permissions needed for the features you choose to use. Open the app to confirm that data has synced before interpreting an empty or incomplete chart.
When switching to Gen 3, fully sync the previous ring and use the same RingConn account. Its product FAQ says your historical data is stored in the account. Follow current pairing instructions rather than repeatedly changing accounts.
A sleep tracking ring can provide sleep duration and estimated stages, plus supported overnight measurements. Review several nights together and compare the record with how rested you feel. One stage estimate cannot establish a sleep disorder.
Activity information includes steps and estimated calories. Vital information includes heart rate in BPM, HRV, blood oxygen and skin temperature trends. These are different types of information: skin temperature is not a clinical core-temperature reading, and calorie expenditure is an estimate.
Use a health tracking ring to look for repeated changes. A useful question is whether a pattern changed alongside your sleep, activity or routine—not which single number proves that you are healthy.
Stress information uses physiological signals including HRV. It can help you review bodily patterns but does not directly measure emotions or diagnose anxiety. Consider what you were doing when a peak appeared.
RingConn describes menstrual forecasts using skin temperature trends and cycle history. These are estimates for cycle awareness. They do not confirm pregnancy or ovulation and should not be used alone for contraception.
Hardware differences matter. Gen 2 and Gen 3 list sleep apnea pattern insights, while Gen 2 Air does not. Gen 3 adds vascular trend insights and on-ring vibration reminders. Do not assume an app update gives an older ring every newer hardware feature.
The official app-features page currently describes the AI health companion as “Coming Soon.” That wording does not establish that a conversational health coach is available to every account. Use the features actually shown in your installed app and avoid assuming access from this article’s earlier AI-focused wording.
If the app is missing data, check charge, connection, wear periods and sync status. If the issue persists, record your model, app version and what is missing, then use the official support options. Avoid deleting your account or resetting the ring without appropriate instructions.
A smart ring without subscription can provide wellness insights without a mandatory recurring fee, but that is not a promise that every possible future service is included forever. RingConn is not a medical device; its information does not replace professional assessment.
Pair the ring using the app prompts, sync your data and review trends in sleep, activity and supported wellness metrics. Read the explanation for each metric in your current version.
They share many wellness features, but hardware-dependent capabilities differ. Check the product descriptions rather than assuming every feature is identical.
The current official app-features page still labels the AI companion Coming Soon. This guide does not promise universal access.
Check charge, fit, connection, wear time and sync status. Contact support if the issue continues; an empty chart does not establish a health problem.
No. It provides wellness information and estimates, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
