How to use the activation code?
Your activation code is unique - store it safely and do not disclose it. Before activating your code, please update the app to version 3.5.0 or later.

1. Purchase & get your code
Buy RingConn Care+ on the official website, then find your activation code in the order email or on the order page.

2. Open the app & navigate
Pair your ring with the app, then go to “Me” → “RingConn Care+”.

Step3:Input & activate
Copy and paste your activation code into the field, then tap “Activate”.

Here's how to get a new one

STEP 1
Open the app and go to “Me” → “RingConn Care+” → “Initiate Replacement”

STEP 2
Enter your RingConn app email, shipping details, and pay the shipping fee.

STEP 3
Once completed, sit back and wait for your new ring to arrive.
Replacement Details
1. Replacement ring does not include accessories, only the ring itself.The new ring will have the same size and color as the original.
2. A $10 shipping fee applies per replacement.
3. Once shipped, the old ring will be deactivated after 30 days for security reasons.

Can I replace a lost charging case with RingConn Care+?
No, RingConn Care+ only covers the smart ring. It does not include the charging case, cable, or other accessories.
Which products are eligible for RingConn Care+?
RingConn Care+ is available for both RingConn Gen 2 and RingConn Gen 2 Air.It is only available for new users purchasing these devices.
What situations does RingConn Care+ cover?
RingConn Care+ provides coverage for accidental damage, theft protection, and lost ring replacement.
How can I check my RingConn Care+ status?
Open the RingConn app and go to Me → RingConn Care+.
How do I activate RingConn Care+?
After receiving your ring, pair it with the RingConn app.
Copy the 12-digit activation code from your order confirmation email or order page.
Open the RingConn app and navigate to Me → RingConn Care+.
Paste your activation code into the field and tap Activate.
Can I request a refund for RingConn Care+?
Yes, if you return your ring within 14 days following RingConn’s official return policy, you are eligible for a RingConn Care+ refund.However, if the return period has expired, or if you have already used RingConn Care+ for a replacement, a refund is not available.
If I replace my ring under warranty, will my RingConn Care+ transfer to the new ring?
Yes, the remaining RingConn Care+ coverage will transfer to your replacement ring, but you need to restore it manually.
Open the RingConn app and go to Me → RingConn Care+ → Restore RingConn Care+.
Enter the serial number (SN) of your original ring and your activation code as prompted, then tap Restore.
How to find your original ring’s SN:
1.From the app: Go to Me → About My Ring → Serial Number, then copy it.
2.On the packaging: Check the original ring's box.
3.From the app's support section: Navigate to Me → After-Sales Support → Feedback.
