Where We Ship & Shipping Fees
RingConn currently ships to the countries and regions listed below. Shipping is free on orders over $20 USD for most supported destinations, while selected destinations are subject to a flat shipping fee.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $20
Orders over $20 USD qualify for free shipping to the following destinations:

Orders below $20 USD will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.
Flat-Rate Shipping
The following destinations are subject to a flat shipping fee:

Where Does RingConn Ship From?
RingConn uses multiple fulfillment centers:
- U.S. orders are normally fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.
- EU orders are normally fulfilled from our EU warehouse.
- Orders to other regions are normally fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Our EU warehouse currently fulfills orders only to destinations within the European Union. Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU destinations are normally fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.
For certain high-demand products, sizes, or colors, inventory at our U.S. or EU warehouses may be temporarily limited. To avoid waiting for local inventory to be restocked, we may fulfill these orders directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
If your U.S. or EU order is shipped from Hong Kong, delivery may take approximately 6-10 business days.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
If you selected “Don’t know my size”, we will first ship your sizing kit within 2 business days. Once you confirm your ring size and color, your RingConn smart ring will normally be shipped within another 2 business days.
Some models, sizes, or colors may take longer to ship during periods of high demand.
Which Warehouse Fulfills My Order & How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier, and local delivery conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier and tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Notice:
- In most cases, RingConn covers import taxes and customs duties, so you are unlikely to be charged additional fees. However, any charges ultimately depend on local customs policies.
- We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.
