RingConn Care

RingConn Care+ covers only the smart ring and does not include the charging case, cable, or other accessories.
You must activate your Activation Code after receiving the ring for RingConn Care+ to take effect. The code can be found in your order confirmation email.
The Activation Code expires 60 days after payment. Please activate it as soon as you receive your ring. If your code has expired, please contact cs@ringconn.com.
If you request a replacement under Care+ during the coverage period, a $10 shipping fee will apply.
