Place the order by selecting the "Order a Free Sizing Kit" option. We'll send you a sizing kit before your RingConn Smart Ring ships.
Step 2. Sizing Kit Delivery
Anticipate the arrival of your sizing kit in 3 to 8 days(vary by location). The sizing kit enable to help you find your suitable size.
Step 3. Test Your Size
Select your preferred finger for size testing. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend the index finger, middle finger or ring finger.
Step 4. Submit Your Size
Go to 'My Orders' to submit your size. If you don't have a RingConn account, please click here to sign up, using the email you used to placed orders.

- Gen 1 and Gen 2 sizing kits will be sent randomly with your Gen 2 order and will not affect measurement results.

What are the differences between RingConn Gen 2 and the previous generation RingConn smart ring?
RingConn Gen 2 offers notable improvements over the first generation, including a brand new AI-powered health monitoring features - advanced sleep tracking, reminders of health abnormality and sedentary, a more compact and lightweight design (weight decreased from 3-5g to 2-3g, thickness decreased from 2.66mm to 2 mm at the thinnest part) and battery life increased from 6-7 days to 10-12 days.
Can the sizing kit for RingConn Gen 1 be used for RingConn Gen 2?
Yes, you can. The sizing for RingConn Gen 2 is slightly different from Gen 1 due to its thinner design; however, the dimensions of the ring and sizing kit will remain the same. Therefore, the existing sizing from RingConn Gen 1 can be used for the RingConn Gen 2. For first-time RingConn users, it is recommended that the new sizing kit be used to ensure the best fit.
Which finger is recommended for wearing the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring?
For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the RingConn Gen 2 on the index finger. This finger is typically chosen due to its stronger arterial blood flow, which can enhance measurement accuracy. However, the RingConn Gen 2 provides consistent accuracy whether worn on the index, middle, or ring finger.
How long can the battery last?
The RingConn Gen 2 can last up to 10-12 days on a full charge, depending on the ring size:
Sizes 6-7: up to 10 days
Sizes 8-11: up to 11 days
Sizes 12-14: up to 12 days
The charging case supports 15-20 full charges.
Note: Enabling the OSA feature may increase power consumption due to more frequent monitoring.
Is the RingConn Gen 2 capable of continuously monitoring my health?
Yes. It continuously monitors heart rate, blood oxygen level, body temperature, sleeping situation, steps taken, calorie consuming when doing exercise, and additional metrics.
Is the RingConn Gen 2 capable of monitoring nap?
Whether you're settling in for the night or catching a quick nap, it keeps track of your sleep patterns, including monitoring sleep apnea. It accurately measures your time spent in REM, Light, and Deep sleep stages, and can detect interruptions in breathing indicative of sleep apnea. Additionally, RingConn Gen 2 continuously monitors your Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2), a crucial metric that many other smart wearables do not track.
Can I wear the RingConn Gen 2 during workouts?
Yes, the RingConn Gen 2 is made from lightweight and durable titanium, making it suitable for activities such as running, cycling, and yoga. It also has an IP68 waterproof rating, so it can withstand sweat and water exposure. However, like many other materials, it may be scratched if it comes into contact with surfaces harder than the ring.

How do I transfer data when using a new RingConn Gen 2?
Each RingConn account supports pairing with only one ring at a time. To keep both historical and future data from your old ring in the same account, you will need to unpair the old ring before pairing the new one.
Alternatively, you can create a separate account for the new ring. To avoid potential data loss caused by frequent switching between devices, we strongly recommend using separate devices for daily logins and data synchronization (e.g., using a different phone or tablet).
