1. Company

This RingConn Gen 3 Smart Ring Gift-with-Purchase Offer (the “Offer”) is promoted and administered by RingConn (the “Company”).

Company will promote and administer a gift-with-purchase offer at participating digital retailers.

2. Offer Period

Movie offer valid 06/27/2026-12/31/2026, while supplies last. Qualifying purchases, claims, and redemptions must be completed within the applicable offer and redemption windows and in accordance with these terms and the redemption instructions provided by Company, a participating digital retailer, or an authorized fulfillment provider.

3. Eligibility

The Offer is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase and redemption.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Company, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. (“WBHE”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, fulfillment, and promotion agencies may be excluded where required by applicable partner, retailer, licensing, or legal requirements.

4. Qualifying Purchase Requirement

Consumer must purchase the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring to qualify for the digital movie offer.

A qualifying purchase means the purchase of one (1) RingConn Gen 3 smart ring from Company’s official website or another participating digital retailer identified by Company during the Offer Period, subject to product availability, retailer participation, verification, and these terms.

Returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, reseller purchases, bulk purchases, and purchases made through unauthorized sellers do not qualify. Company may require proof of purchase and may reject any claim that cannot be verified or that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

5. Offer Availability and Fulfillment

The digital movie offer will be while supplies last.

For each of the first three thousand and five hundred (3,500) qualifying purchases on Company’s official website, the consumer will be able to receive one (1) themed promotional premium item.

For each of the following three thousand (3,000) qualifying purchases on Company’s official website, the consumer will be able to choose three (3) WB Titles from six (6) WB Titles offered.

The six (6) WB Titles offered are: THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING; THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE TWO TOWERS; THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING; THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY; THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG; and THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES.

Offer fulfillment is subject to verification, availability, and supply limits. Once the stated supply of themed promotional premium items or digital movie offers is exhausted, no substitute, cash equivalent, or rain check is guaranteed unless required by law.

The Offer is a fixed gift-with-purchase offer. No public submission, judging, or chance-based selection is required to receive the Offer.

6. Digital Movie Offer Conditions

Consumers must have or register for a Movies Anywhere™ account. Movies Anywhere™ is available to U.S. residents age 18 and older. Additional terms and conditions apply.

7. Consumer Redemption Instructions

1. Purchase one (1) RingConn Gen 3 smart ring during the Offer Period from Company’s official website or another participating digital retailer identified by Company.

2. Retain proof of purchase and any order confirmation, redemption code, redemption link, or other offer communication provided by Company, the participating digital retailer, or the authorized fulfillment provider.

3. Follow the redemption instructions provided with the offer communication to claim the applicable themed promotional premium item or digital movie offer, subject to availability and verification.

4. If selecting WB Titles, choose three (3) titles from the six (6) WB Titles offered and redeem them through Movies Anywhere™ by the stated redemption deadline.

5. Redemption instructions, verification requirements, and fulfillment timing may vary by retailer and may be provided by email, order confirmation, account page, redemption portal, or other offer communication.

6. Consumers must redeem the digital movie offer by December 31, 2026.

8. Legal Disclaimer

This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if fraud, technical failures, supply limitations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Company’s reasonable control impair the integrity, availability, or administration of the Offer.
