Only product(s) that have been purchased directly from RingConn.com can be returned and refunded under our policy. Product(s) purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Sizing kits are considered consumables and, as such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you cancel your order after the sizing kits have been shipped, a $10 charge will be applied.
Please note: To ensure you find the best fit and receive accurate data and insights from your RingConn, we recommend purchasing directly from our website. With every purchase, you’ll receive a free sizing kit that is customized to our slightly different RingConn sizes, which differ from standard US ring sizes. Please note that we do not offer half sizes. If you already know your RingConn size from a family or friend’s sizing kit, you can select it directly from the dropdown menu on our site.
Returns
What Is RingConn's Return Policy?
Please note that our policy does not support returns or exchanges without valid reasons within 14 days. You can request a return and/or refund within 14 calendar days if you have a valid reason for returning the product you purchased from RingConn.com. The valid reasons include:
- The product has defects or damage upon delivery.
- The delivered product is in a color different from your chosen color.
- The delivered product significantly differs from the description provided when you placed the order.
To benefit from our return policy, please ensure that:
- The returned product is in its original condition as received and has not been opened and used.
- If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies with the description in your return request, you can provide product photos to support your claim.
- You can submit a return request to our customer service team within 14 calendar days from the delivery date using the provided contact information. After submitting the return request, our customer service team will review if the return meets the conditions. Once approved, you will have 14 calendar days to send the product back to us.
- The returned product will be repackaged with all the accessories and documents included when you receive it.
Please note:
- Our policy does not support returns or exchanges without valid reasons within 14 days. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us. Any paid shipping, handling, and tax fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to defects, damages, or non-conformity of the product and you have provided photos and descriptions in the return request in advance.
- There is a $10 shipping fee for individual purchases of sizing kits. Sizing kits are consumable and non-returnable, and this shipping cost is non-refundable.
What Is RingConn’s Policy for Exchange?
If the product delivered is in its original condition upon receipt and has not been opened and used, but you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend that you submit a return request to us and initiate a new order.You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us. Any paid shipping, handling, and tax fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to defects, damages, or non-conformity of the product and you have provided photos and descriptions in the return request in advance.
Please note: In this case, the Return Policy set forth in “What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?” applies.
What Should I Do if the Product Arrives Damaged?
Rarely, rough handling by the courier can physically damage the product. If this has happened, please follow these steps:
- If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the packet. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
- If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the courier company’s local office to file a complaint. You may get compensation in accordance with the courier company’s policy.
- Upon your knowledge of the damage, contact our customer service team with your order number and a full description with pictures of the damaged product. We will contact the courier company. If the courier company compensated us in such a case, we will return this compensation to you.
Please note that each courier company may adopt its own compensation policy.
Can I Return My Ring if I Don’t Have the Original Package It Arrived In?
We recommend you use the original package or any suitable package that would provide sufficient protection to the returned product.
Once we receive the returned product, we shall conduct an inspection for any damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. If any of these issues are found, we reserve the right to determine the diminished value of the product and deduct it from the refund.
Can I Still Return or Exchange My RingConn Without the Original Order Number?
Unfortunately, we cannot process your request for a return or exchange if you cannot provide the original order number.
To locate your order number, you can log in to your My Account or search for the order confirmation email sent when you purchased or received RingConn as a gift. If you are still unable to find it, please contact our team at cs@ringconn.com and provide them with the email address used to place the order, the current ring model and size, and any other relevant details.
Please note: If the ring was a gift, the email address used to place the order may belong to the person who purchased it on your behalf. Additionally, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Can I Cancel My Paid Order?
You may cancel a paid order before the purchased product is packaged and ready for shipping. Please submit your cancel requests to our customer service team via the contact details we provided. We will initiate your refund immediately after we receive your cancellation request.
Tips:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds
What Is RingConn’s Policy for Refunds?
A full refund means that you shall be refunded the total amount of the order. If you return the product under the conditions set forth in “What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?” You are entitled to a full refund.
However, you may enjoy partial refunds if one or more of the conditions below are met:
We may, at our discretion, decide the diminished value of the returned product and deduct it from the full refund if we find any damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts upon our inspection of the returned product unless such issues have been duly declared in your return request in advance.
We may offer bundled products or provide you with a gift if you purchase from RingConn.com. To receive your full refund, we recommend that you return the bundled products and gifts in their entirety. If you are not able to do so, you may have to pay us a proportionate compensation, or we may deduct it from your refund.
Please NOTE: You are responsible for all costs of returning the product to us, and any shipping and handling charges and taxes paid are not refundable unless the reason for returning the product is due to defect, damage, or nonconformity of the product and that you have provided photo with description in your return request in advance.
What Is the Processing Time for Returns or Exchanges?
For any return request under the terms set forth in “What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?” we will initiate a refund immediately after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be conducted via the payment method initially used within a maximum time frame of 30 calendar days of receiving the returned Product or the proof of return from you, whichever is earlier.
Is It Possible to Hold Deposits on Credit Cards?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold deposits on credit cards.
Can I Get a Refund on a Different Card or Bank Account?
Please be aware that refunds will be conducted via the payment method initially used only. We are unable to issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
What if I Don’t See a Refund Transaction on My Account?
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on the account you used to purchase, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you are unable to identify a refund transaction within a week of receiving your confirmation email from us, please contact your bank. You may also reach out to our team for assistance at cs@ringconn.com.
Warranty
How long does RingConn provide warranty service for?
All original components of the new Product are covered by a one-year warranty for non-EEA (European Economic Area (EEA)) countries and a two-year warranty for EEA countries from the delivery date.Claims under this warranty must be made directly to RingConn, and proof of purchase is required.The warranty applies to original owners and is transferable to further owners.RingConn will repair, replace or refund if the damage is caused by a defect in our workmanship.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- An improper or negligent use, operation, or transformation.
- Maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (e.g., lack of care).
- Normal wear and tear.
- All rechargeable batteries are consumables with a limited lifespan, so their capacity and performance will gradually decline over time. Therefore, battery replacement is not included in our standard warranty policy.
- Damages or defects due to accidents.
What Should I Do if My Package Shows Delivered but Has Not Been Received?
Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photos or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
