RingConn Trade-In Terms and Conditions
This trade-in activity is provided by RingConn LLC (hereinafter referred to as "RingConn" or "we"). Before participating in the trade-in service activity, please carefully read the entire content of the following terms, especially the text and clauses highlighted in bold. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement or have any objections to this agreement, please stop the operation immediately. You acknowledge and agree that by checking the consent box or filling in the information as prompted by the registration and order process and completing the registration or order process, you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
1. Overview
Subject to these terms and conditions, you may trade in an eligible device (such as a smart ring or smartwatch, referred to as the "trade-in device") to RingConn in exchange for a credit allowance provided by RingConn for the purchase of specific RingConn new products ("RingConn Gen 2 and RingConn Gen 2 Air" which are new products offered by RingConn from time to time). This trade-in activity is only applicable to the online purchase of RingConn new products through www.ringconn.com. When you place an order, the independent website will display the trade-in value of the selected trade-in device. To obtain the displayed trade-in value, you must send your trade-in device to RingConn within thirty (30) days after receiving the RingConn new product. For more details, please refer to Section 7 below. You must also meet all the requirements specified in these terms, including the device eligibility requirements in Section 7 below. If you fail to send your trade-in device to RingConn within the specified time, or if your trade-in device does not meet all the device eligibility requirements, or if you otherwise fail to comply with these terms, you may incur additional charges. For more details, please visit www.ringconn.com to obtain the latest trade-in activity and related terms.
After you complete the order, RingConn will send the RingConn new product to you. Before you send us your trade-in device, you should unlock your trade-in device and properly handle your data, contacts, and other information. Then, you must send your trade-in device to RingConn. You should ensure that you have legal and complete rights to dispose of your trade-in device. If you lease or otherwise do not own the device you intend to trade in, you will not be able to participate in this trade-in activity.
If you return your RingConn new product in accordance with RingConn's return policy, under no circumstances will you receive any refund or other value equivalent to the trade-in device credit allowance, to compensate for the trade-in device credit allowance deducted from the purchase price of the RingConn new product at the time of purchase, even if you have already sent your trade-in device to RingConn.
2. Trade-in Activity Information
2.1 To participate in this activity, you must have a RingConn App account. Registration for an account is free, but subject to the relevant terms of use and privacy policy of the RingConn App. Please use the email address registered for your RingConn App account to participate in this trade-in activity, and log in to www.ringconn.com with that email to complete the purchase. When making the payment, you must enter the email address registered for your RingConn App account in order to use the trade-in discount code.
2.2 Please be aware that for each order you place in this activity, you can only enjoy the trade-in discount once. It does not support a situation where multiple trade-in discounts can be applied to a single order. In the case of an order where multiple products are purchased, the discount code will be evenly distributed among the multiple products, and the final checkout amount will be based on the invoice. If you wish to participate in the trade-in multiple times, it is recommended that you place orders in batches, with only one product ordered per order.
2.3 Trade-in Device Verification
(1) Trading in a non-RingConn branded device for this activity
You agree that after participating in this trade-in activity, before you place an order, you need to fill in the SN code of your trade-in device according to the trade-in process, which will be used by RingConn to verify whether the device meets the requirements for participating in this activity.
(2)Trading in a RingConn branded device for this activity
You agree that after participating in this trade-in activity, before you place an order, you need to fill in your RingConn App email account and the SN code of your trade-in device according to the trade-in process, which will be used by RingConn to verify whether the device meets the requirements for participating in this activity.
2.4 Handling of RingConn Smart Ring Gen 1 Invalidation
Since each RingConn App account cannot bind multiple RingConn Smart Rings at the same time, the binding of the product in this activity is unique, that is: if you agree to participate in this activity, once you choose to trade in your RingConn Gen 1 device for a RingConn new product, it means that you are aware and agree that your RingConn Gen 1 will become invalid (invalidation means that the RingConn Gen 1 cannot be bound to the RingConn APP for continued use) in the following two situations:
After participating in this activity and receiving the RingConn new product, your RingConn Gen 1 will become invalid 60 days after you trade in the RingConn new product and complete the payment.
2.5 When purchasing products for the trade-in activity, please fill in the relevant service information truthfully in accordance with RingConn's requirements, including but not limited to the purchaser's name, email, shipping address, and contact phone number. At the same time, in order to provide you with the trade-in activity service, RingConn may transmit your information to the RingConn App. Please carefully read Article 9 on Privacy.
3. Products
The trade-in activity currently supports the RingConn Gen 2 and RingConn Gen 2 Air as specified by RingConn (details are subject to the product page).
4. Trade-in Activity Period
From 12:00 a.m. PDT on March 21, 2025, until the date when the activity is announced to end on the www.ringconn.com website.
5. Service Scope
To ensure that users fully experience the performance and functionality of RingConn products, and thus better understand the upgraded experience brought by the new products, RingConn is now offering the trade-in activity to the following users:

6. Trade-in Discount Code
6.1 Within the validity period of this activity, please register through the trade-in activity page on www.ringconn.com to obtain a discount code for purchasing RingConn new products.
6.2 Trade-in Discount Code Validity
(1) The trade-in discount code becomes effective after your trade-in device is verified by RingConn.
(2) If you have already obtained a discount code, you will not be able to obtain another discount code within 15 minutes of obtaining the first one.
(3) You must complete the order within 15 minutes after the discount code becomes effective. If you exceed 15 minutes, the discount code will expire. You may choose to place a new order.
(4) If you choose to clear the backend of www.ringconn.com or refresh the page, the discount code you obtained will not be usable for payment.
7. Send Your Trade-in Device to Us
7.1 If you participate in this activity with your RingConn Gen 1 device, you may choose to dispose of your RingConn Gen 1 device on your own. If you participate in this activity with a non-RingConn branded device, please send your trade-in device to the designated address of RingConn.
7.2 You must send your trade-in device (excluding RingConn Gen 1 devices) to RingConn within thirty (30) days after receiving the RingConn new product in the trade-in activity. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. By sending the device to RingConn, you agree to transfer the ownership and title of the device to RingConn. You waive all rights, title, and interest in the trade-in device, including the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise realize its value where applicable. You should only send the trade-in device to RingConn. Please avoid sending unnecessary items (non-recyclable items, charging devices, etc.). RingConn will not be liable for any loss caused by such items. RingConn will not provide trade-in value for any items other than the trade-in device itself.
7.3 Delete Data and Unlock Your Trade-in Device
Before sending your trade-in device to RingConn, you must delete all data from the device, including all confidential and personal data. You must also remove Google, iCloud, or other personal cloud backup and restore accounts, and disable factory reset protection and any activation lock. It is your sole responsibility to back up any files or data you wish to retain before trading in your device. RingConn will not be liable or responsible for any lost files or data that you fail to delete before returning the trade-in device, or for any leakage of private information.
In addition, please ensure that all accessories, cases, and the like are removed from the device before sending it. RingConn will not return any items sent with your trade-in device, and RingConn has the right to dispose of your trade-in device and items without any reservation or retention.
8. Right to Remotely Disable RingConn New Products
8.1 Failure to Provide Eligible Trade-in Device
If RingConn does not receive your trade-in device, or if the trade-in device does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not match the description you provided, RingConn reserves the right to remotely disable your RingConn new product. The disablement will prevent any further use of the RingConn new product. If your device is locked, please contact RingConn for support at cs@ringconn.com. If you believe we have disabled your device in error, please contact RingConn at cs@ringconn.com.
8.2 Disposal of Rejected Trade-in Devices
By participating in this activity, you acknowledge and agree that: If your trade-in device is rejected, RingConn may, at its sole discretion, dispose of your trade-in device and items without any reservation or retention. Under no circumstances will your trade-in device be returned to you, even if you return the RingConn new product. If RingConn accepts and does not reject your trade-in device, your trade-in device will not be returned to you under any circumstances.
In addition, regardless of whether RingConn accepts your trade-in device, if you return the RingConn new product, you will not receive any refund or other value equivalent to the trade-in device credit allowance, to compensate for the trade-in device credit allowance deducted from the purchase price of the RingConn new product. 9. Trade-in Activity Privacy Policy
9.1 Information Collected for This Activity
To provide you with the services of this activity, the following information will be collected and used to achieve the corresponding functions:
(1) When participating in this activity:
(a) RingConn needs to collect your device information (such as category, model, SN), order information (such as order number, purchase channel, payment time), and user information (name, email, shipping address, contact phone number) to determine whether you meet the conditions for purchasing trade-in products and to bind the trade-in products.
(b) In addition to the above information, RingConn may collect your shipping information (including name, shipping address, mobile phone number) or other information you voluntarily provide and share the above information with the RingConn App for subsequent service provision.
(2) Before you provide us with other personal information while participating in this activity, please inform the relevant individuals in advance (such as the scope of information, the purpose of information) and obtain their consent.

When you contact us, we will record your name, contact information, and your opinions or suggestions by email to handle disputes, resolve issues, or provide feedback to you. If you refuse us to collect such information, you will not be able to use our customer service.
(4) When you participate in our related activities, we will collect your contact information and other necessary information to complete the activities based on the needs of the activities, with your authorization and consent.
(5) You agree and authorize us to collect your personal information from our affiliates, partners, and administrative and judicial authorities for the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality and experience, such as: name, mobile phone number, service required information (such as age, occupation, identity proof, address, etc. that may be asked during service provision).
9.2 Use of Your Information
To better provide you with services and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, you agree that we will use your information for the following purposes:
(1) To provide you with products or services.
(2) For identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving, and backup purposes when we provide services to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you.
(3) To help us design new services and improve our existing services to provide you with more personalized and convenient services.
(4) To prevent or stop illegal activities.
(5) To resolve any breach of contract disputes or complaints between you and us.
(6) As required by laws and regulations, regulatory authorities.
(7) For other purposes to which you have given separate consent.
9.3 Personal Information Security
We will strictly comply with the current laws and regulations on personal information, data, and privacy protection and use various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information.
We undertake a strict confidentiality obligation for your information and will only share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
(1) With your consent;
(2) To improve service efficiency, reduce service costs, or enhance service quality, we may entrust professional service institutions to provide assistance;
(3) To better provide you with services, we may share your personal information with risk assessment agencies for risk control identification;
(4) In compliance with the law or in the performance of legal procedures, when relevant authorities require the provision of your information and other necessary circumstances:
(a) Directly related to national security and defense security;
(b) Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
(c) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
(d) Necessary to maintain the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals;
(e) Collected from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
(f) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and dealing with product or service failures;
(g) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Therefore, we need to provide some of your information to them within the necessary scope. We undertake the corresponding responsibility for your information security and require data recipients to handle and protect your personal information in accordance with the standards of laws and regulations.
10. Termination of Trade-in Service Activity
The "Trade-in Service Activity" will naturally terminate under the following circumstances:
(1) The validity period of the trade-in service activity stipulated in this service agreement has expired.
(2) If there are any illegal or irregular situations involving the creation of accidents to obtain improper benefits, our company reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities.
11. Changes to Activity Rules
RingConn will make changes or adjustments to these rules as appropriate based on actual circumstances. Relevant changes or adjustments will be published on the trade-in activity-related pages. After publication and taking effect, they will apply to the services provided after the publication.
