RingConn Gen 3 Strava Subscription Gift Promotion Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [21/10/2026]

1. Sponsor and Promotion Period

The sponsor of this promotion is Onovo Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, with its registered address at STOREROOM 2,7/F, BLOCK B, WAH TAT INDUSTRIAL CENTRE, 8 WAH SING STREET, KWAI CHUNG, NEW TERRITORIES, HONG KONG (“RingConn”).
The promotion begins on October 21, 2026 continues while the allocated supply of Benefits remains available (the “Promotion Period”)., unless RingConn announces otherwise in accordance with applicable law. The promotion is available only while the allocated supply of Benefits remains available.

2. Scope and Regional Application

These Promotion Terms apply only to qualifying purchases made through RingConn’s official U.S. website at https://ringconn.com for delivery to an address in the United States during the Promotion Period. These terms do not apply to purchases made through RingConn storefronts in other countries.

3. Offer and Acceptance

An eligible customer who purchases an Eligible Product during the applicable Promotion Period may actively select one Strava 3-Month Subscription digital promotional benefit (the “Benefit”) during checkout, subject to these Promotion Terms and availability.
If selected before checkout is completed, the Benefit may appear as a zero-priced promotional item in the order. The Benefit is optional and will not be added automatically unless the checkout flow expressly provides otherwise. Selecting the Benefit constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms.
The Benefit is offered in connection with a qualifying RingConn Gen 3 purchase and is not available for separate purchase.

4. General Eligibility

To qualify, a customer must:
  • have reached the age of majority in the applicable Eligible Country and be at least 18 years old;
  • be a legal resident of the United States;
  • purchase an Eligible Product from the RingConn storefront designated for that country during the applicable Promotion Period;
  • request delivery to an address in the United States;
  • select the Benefit before completing checkout;
  • complete payment; and
  • have an order that remains paid and has not been canceled, fully refunded, validly returned or withdrawn, charged back, or reasonably determined by RingConn to be fraudulent or abusive by the Eligibility Review Date specified in Schedule 1..
Limit one benefit per qualifying order. Employees, resellers, automated purchases, purchases for unauthorized resale, and orders using freight-forwarding addresses ARE NOT eligible.

5. Limited Supply and Reservation

Benefits are available to eligible customers in the United States on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order in which Shopify records successful payment, while supplies last. Starting checkout does not reserve a Benefit.
Where the checkout flow permits a customer to select a Benefit, RingConn will reserve a Benefit for the order only after the selection and successful payment are recorded, subject to these Promotion Terms and final eligibility review. RingConn will not knowingly accept Benefit selections beyond the available supply.

6. Eligibility Review and Delivery

RingConn will review eligibility after the Promotion Period and, where applicable, after the relevant return or statutory withdrawal period has expired. The applicable review timing or rule will be stated in Schedule 1.
For an eligible order, RingConn will send a unique Strava Subscription Code and/or redemption link to the email address associated with the order by the customer delivery deadline stated in Schedule 1. The code delivery deadline to customers is separate from Strava’s contractual deadline to deliver codes to RingConn.
A zero-priced promotional item in an order or an automated Shopify status such as “fulfilled” is an administrative record only and does not, by itself, mean that the Benefit has been delivered. Delivery occurs when RingConn sends or otherwise makes a usable code or redemption link available to the eligible customer.
Customers are responsible for keeping their order email address current and checking spam or junk folders. A customer who has not received the code by the stated deadline should contact cs@ringconn.com within 15 calendar days after that deadline. RingConn will verify eligibility and, where appropriate, resend the message or arrange a replacement for an unused invalid code.

7. Redemption, Expiration, and Subscription Terms

The Strava Subscription Code must be redeemed within the applicable Distribution Period. For each batch, the Distribution Period is twelve (12) months from the date Strava delivers valid, usable codes to RingConn. The specific redemption deadline applicable to this promotion will be stated in Schedule 1 or in the redemption instructions provided to the customer.
Upon successful redemption during the Distribution Period, the customer will receive three (3) calendar months of the paid Strava subscription, including the subscriber features generally available under Strava’s standard paid subscription. The subscription period begins upon redemption. The code redemption period and the three-month subscription period are separate periods.
Redemption of the code does not require an additional payment for the specific three-month subscription activated by that code. If the customer does not have a payment method on file with Strava, the subscription activated by the code will not automatically renew and the customer will not incur further charges. If the customer has a payment method on file with Strava, the subscription may automatically renew at the end of the three-month period and the payment method may be charged unless the customer expressly cancels the renewal before the applicable renewal date. Any applicable renewal price, billing frequency, first charge date, and cancellation instructions must be disclosed by Strava in its redemption flow or subscription terms.
Unredeemed codes expire at the end of the applicable Distribution Period and cannot be redeemed after expiration. The code has no cash value, may not be resold, and may not be combined with another offer unless Strava permits it.
Use of the Benefit requires a Strava account and compliance with Strava’s then-current Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, eligibility requirements, and technical requirements. Any restrictions on existing subscribers or other account conditions must be disclosed in Schedule 1 and/or the redemption instructions once confirmed by Strava.

8. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If the qualifying Gen 3 order is canceled, fully refunded, validly returned or withdrawn, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent before the Eligibility Review Date, the customer will not receive the Benefit.
If an unused code has already been issued and the order later becomes ineligible, RingConn may deactivate that unused code only where this possibility was clearly disclosed before purchase and deactivation is technically and legally permitted.
RingConn will not require payment for a redeemed Benefit or deduct the advertised retail value of the Benefit from any refund that the customer is entitled to receive by law. Nothing in these Promotion Terms restricts any mandatory right relating to cancellation, withdrawal, return, non-conformity, warranty, repair, replacement, price reduction, damages, or refund.
An exchange, warranty replacement, shipping replacement, or price adjustment that leaves the qualifying purchase in effect does not by itself eliminate eligibility, but it does not create an additional Benefit.

9. Third-Party Service and Support

RingConn determines promotion eligibility and is responsible for sending or otherwise supplying an eligible customer with a valid code or link.
Strava operates the Strava platform and is responsible for Strava accounts, platform content and functionality, and the subscription service after successful redemption, subject to Strava’s applicable terms:
  • Strava Terms of Use: https://www.strava.com/legal/terms
  • Strava Privacy Policy: https://www.strava.com/legal/privacy
  • Strava Support: https://support.strava.com/
For account, content, billing, cancellation, or platform-use questions after successful redemption, customers should contact the provider. For a missing, invalid, duplicate, or previously used code, or a question about promotion eligibility, customers should contact RingConn at cs@ringconn.com.
If a provider-side redemption issue prevents the customer from receiving or using the Benefit promised by RingConn and is not resolved through the provider’s support process, RingConn will reasonably assist and, where required, provide an appropriate remedy. This may include a valid replacement code where available or another remedy required by law.
This allocation of support responsibilities does not limit RingConn’s obligations for the promotion or any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes, Suspension, or Unavailability

Strava may update its platform, content, or generally applicable terms. Such updates do not change the three-month subscription duration expressly promised for a code successfully redeemed during its valid Distribution Period, except where required by applicable law or where the customer’s use is subject to Strava’s applicable Terms of Use.
If the Benefit becomes unavailable or materially unusable before delivery for reasons outside the customer’s control, RingConn may, subject to applicable law, provide the same Benefit, an objectively equivalent or better substitute, or another remedy required by law.
RingConn may suspend or end the promotion in response to fraud, a security incident, technical failure, legal restriction, or another event that makes lawful administration impossible. RingConn will nevertheless honor Benefits already reserved for eligible orders or provide an appropriate substitute or remedy required by law.

11. Privacy

RingConn processes order and contact information to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, and deliver the Benefit, as described in the RingConn Privacy Notice: https://ringconn.com/pages/privacy-policy
Where RingConn sends the code itself, RingConn does not need to disclose the customer’s email address to Strava solely for code issuance. If the customer chooses to redeem the Benefit, the customer provides information directly to Strava under Strava’s Privacy Policy.
If RingConn appoints a vendor to send codes, the vendor may process only the minimum information required for the documented purpose and under RingConn’s instructions, subject to applicable law.
RingConn will not disclose RingConn wellness data or device-use data to Strava for this promotion.

12. No Cash Alternative; Statutory Rights

The Benefit cannot be separately returned or exchanged for cash or credit. This restriction does not affect any statutory right or remedy where the Benefit is not delivered or supplied, the code is invalid, or the qualifying Gen 3 purchase or Benefit is otherwise subject to a remedy required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, RingConn is not responsible for a customer’s loss of a code caused by unauthorized disclosure, resale, or failure to safeguard it. This does not apply where the loss results from RingConn’s act or omission or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Regional Terms

The customer must be a legal resident of the United States and purchase the Eligible Product through the U.S. RingConn storefront for delivery to a U.S. address.
Any vendor receiving personal information from RingConn may use it only to administer and fulfill the promotion under applicable service-provider or processor restrictions and may not sell it, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, retain it for unrelated purposes, or combine it with information obtained from other sources except as legally permitted for the contracted service.
Nothing in these Promotion Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable federal or state law. Any governing-law, arbitration, class-action waiver, or dispute-resolution provision in the RingConn Terms of Sale applies only to the extent enforceable.

14. Relationship to Other Terms and Contact

These Promotion Terms supplement the RingConn Terms of Sale applicable to the qualifying RingConn Gen 3 order. If there is a conflict concerning this promotion, these Promotion Terms control only with respect to the promotion. Strava’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply separately when the customer creates or uses a Strava account or redeems the Benefit.
