The RingConn #EverydayHero Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by RingConn ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. (“WBHE”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 3, 2026 and ends on August 3, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must:

Follow @RingConn on an eligible platform;

Like the designated Sweepstakes post;

Share a photo, video, or story featuring their “Everyday Hero” moment;

Include the hashtag #EverydayHero; and

Tag @RingConn.

Eligible platforms include:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit

Accounts must remain public through the winner selection period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection

Eight (8) winners will be randomly selected each week during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of thirty-two (32) Weekly Prize winners.

In addition, three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive a Grand Prize and may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be highlighted across RingConn’s official channels.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

All decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding.

Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) – $349–$369.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Digital Movie Code Conditions

WINNERS MUST REDEEM DIGITAL MOVIE OFFER BY December 31, 2026.

Must have or register for a Movies Anywhere™ account.

Winner Notification

Potential winners may be contacted via direct message, email, or other contact information provided by the entrant.

Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity and Content License

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, username, likeness, submitted content, and entry materials for promotional, marketing, publicity, and related business purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By submitting content, entrants represent and warrant that:

The submitted content is original and owned by the entrant;

The submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party; and

Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and promote the submitted content in connection with the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s marketing activities.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, redemption, or use of any prize.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of this Sweepstakes.

Force Majeure

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, prevent the Sweepstakes from being conducted as planned.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate by Sponsor.

Void where prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit, Movies Anywhere™, or Warner Bros. Discovery.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
