Chapter 1: RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign Terms

The RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by RingConn (HongKong) Limited (“RingConn” or “we/us/our”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Campaign. Particular attention should be paid to any terms highlighted in bold, as they may significantly affect your rights. If you do not accept these Terms or disagree with any part of them, please immediately cease participation.

By ticking the consent checkbox, or by submitting your information and completing the registration or order process as instructed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms in full.

1. Campaign Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your participation in the Campaign and include this document, as well as your original sales receipt or contract/order.

1.2 The Campaign benefits are in addition to any rights provided under applicable law, product warranties, or any complimentary technical support. Your contract/order may be paid by you or a third-party financing or payment provider (the “Contract Payment Provider”).

1.3 Please use your email address to participate in the Campaign and complete your purchase using the same email when entering any coupon code during checkout.

1.4 When participating, you must truthfully provide the required information, including but not limited to your full name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. To provide the Campaign services, RingConn may transfer this information to the RingConn App. Please refer to Chapter 2 for details on the privacy policy.

2. Eligible Products/Services

The Campaign applies only to the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring and RingConn Gen 2 Care+ 2-Year Service.

3. Campaign Period

From June 16, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT).

4. Eligibility Regions

4.1 The Campaign is open to customers located in the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Egypt.

4.2 Customers from the above locations may view Campaign details on RingConn.com during the event.

5. Campaign Coupon Codes

5.1 During the Campaign period, you may receive two types of coupon codes:

• 10% off: applicable to purchases of the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring.
• 50% off: applicable to purchases of the RingConn Gen 2 Care+ 2-Year Service. These coupons cannot be combined or used across different product categories.

5.2 Each email address is limited to a one-time redemption of the coupons. You must use the same email address during checkout as the one used to receive the coupons.

5.3 Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the final discount amount may vary and is subject to the actual deduction at the time of your transaction.

5.4 Coupon codes are valid from June 16, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT). Any unused codes after the expiration date will automatically become invalid.

5.5 These Campaign coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by RingConn.

5.6 You are responsible for safeguarding your coupon codes. RingConn is not liable for any unauthorized use or loss of coupon codes due to your negligence.

Chapter 2: Privacy Policy for the Campaign

RingConn (HongKong) Limited and its affiliates ("RingConn," "we," "our") have established this Privacy Policy to inform our users about what data we collect from them, how we use this data, and how we protect it. In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable individual; and "services" refers to our website https://ringconn.com/ ("Website"), our mobile application ("RingConn App"), and other services linked to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions of companies that we do not own or control or individuals who are not managed by us. By using the services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

6. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all users participating in the RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign . This policy will detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information during the RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign.

7. User Information Collected

We may collect and process the following types of personal information related to you or your device:

7.1 Personal Information You Provide to Us

This is the personal information about you that you directly provide to RingConn and our service providers, including:

(1) Region and Language: If you visit our website or application, we may ask you to select your region and language to provide you with relevant services.

(2) Registration and Profile Information: If you create an account in our service, we will collect your name, email address, and phone number. You may also provide optional profile information, such as the email you provide. If you bid, inquire, or complete transactions in the service, such information will be tracked in your account.

(3) Marketing Information: If you consent to receiving our marketing information via the email address you provide, such information includes our product recommendations, marketing campaigns, etc.

(4) Purchase Information: If you make a purchase through our service, we will collect your shipping address, payment information, and billing address. Payment information is collected through a third-party payment gateway, and we do not store payment card information. You may also need to provide additional information related to customs and taxes (e.g., VAT number), depending on your jurisdiction.

(5) Authentication Information: In some cases, according to various regulations, we may need to further verify the identity of the buyer. For this purpose, we may ask you to provide a photo ID from a government-issued identification, tax identification number, bank account, and/or a live photo to our authentication provider to confirm the data provided.

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information through automatic means (such as Cookies, pixels, web beacons, invisible tags, and similar technologies, collectively referred to as "Cookies") when you use our services or open our marketing information. These technologies typically involve information or code segments transmitted by the website to your computer hard drive or mobile device, or information or code segments accessed by the website from your computer hard drive or mobile device, to store and periodically track information about you.

We also collect personal information about you from other sources and third parties. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you through our services. This third-party information includes:

(1) Social Networks: If you register or log in to our services through a third-party platform (such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or Twitter), we may collect your personal information. This information may include your social media user ID and email address.

(2) Data Partners: We receive other personal information about you from third parties (such as approximate location) based on your IP address, unique online identifiers, or other data points you have provided to us.

(3) Fraud Prevention and Identity Services: We may receive personal information about you from third-party service providers we hire to confirm user identities and prevent fraud in our services.

8. How We Use Your Personal Information

8.1 We use your personal information to:

(1) Provide our services to you, including managing your account registered with us, processing transactions, and notifying you of any changes to our services.

Like many websites, our website also uses Cookies. For specific information on the Cookies we use (these Cookies support our Shopify store),

9.2 Service Providers: We will also disclose your personal information to service providers ("processors") who provide services on our behalf (e.g., cloud providers, carriers, software service providers, authentication service companies, etc.). This includes payment processors who provide secure payment processing services. Please note that we do not have access to your payment card details.

9.3 Other Selected Third Parties:

The third parties we select may include:

(1) Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in improving and optimizing our services.

(2) Advertising partners who work with us to display advertisements that we believe may interest you and provide us with ad measurement services. In the section "Targeted Advertising Preferences" above, we explain the option to opt-out of sharing your data for such purposes.

(3) Business partners who jointly provide services to you with us.

(4) Other parties you instruct, including:

- Other users (provided that you publicly post information or it is necessary to post information to complete a transaction initiated or authorized by you through the service);

With your consent. After obtaining your permission in accordance with applicable law, we may also disclose personal information collected from you or your device, or information about you or your device.

Depending on the jurisdiction you are in, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

- The right to obtain a copy of your personal information (right of access), including the right to request that your personal information be provided in a commonly used and machine-readable format (right to data portability);

- The right to request correction of your personal information;

- The right to request deletion of your personal information;

- The right to request that we restrict processing of your personal information;

- The right to object to further processing of your personal information, including the right to object to marketing communications;

- You can also choose to stop receiving our marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our marketing emails.

11. How We Transfer Your Personal Information

We may transfer your personal information to countries outside your country of residence for storage and processing, including the United States, depending on the nature of your interaction with us. For example, if your goods are shipped from a country/region outside your country/region during our shipping process, your personal information will be disclosed to the carrier in that other country/region. Your personal information will also be processed by employees in these countries and third-party service providers and partners.

When transferring personal information to countries outside your country/region, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.

12. Information Security

We take industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. This includes encrypted transmission, firewall protection, and access control.

13. Children's Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 16; if you are a child under the age of 16, do not attempt to register or otherwise use the service or send us any personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 16, we will delete such information as soon as possible. If you believe that a child under the age of 16 may have provided us with their personal information, please contact us as described in the "Contact Us" section below.

14. Third Parties

Our services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We recommend that you read their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy or the way we use or disclose personal information previously collected from you, we will notify you through our website or application.
