You will receive an email notification on a rolling basis starting from July 5 (PDT) if your order qualifies for The Lord of the Rings 25th Anniversary gifts. The gifts will be shipped separately from your RingConn smart ring.

No. Rewards are allocated automatically based on the order sequence and cannot be exchanged.

If your Gen 3 order is between #3501 and #6500 during the promotion period, you are eligible to receive a movie code. Eligible customers will receive their movie code via email starting July 5, 2026. Emails will be sent in batches, so delivery times may vary.

It depends on the product you purchase.
Gen 3 is not eligible for the 15% Anniversary Campaign discount, but you may use the Trade-in Program when purchasing Gen 3. During the promotion period, the first 6,500 eligible Gen 3 orders may receive a free gift while supplies last: the first 3,500 orders receive a The Lord of the Rings 25th Anniversary collectible set, and orders #3501–#6500 receive a movie code(1 digital code = 3 digital movies).
For Gen 2, the Trade-in Program cannot be combined with the Anniversary Campaign discount.

Yes. You may use your Early Access $10 discount code toward an eligible Gen 3 purchase during the Anniversary Campaign.
Please note that Gen 3 uses a different sizing system than Gen 2. If you purchased a Gen 2 Ring Sizing Kit during the Early Access period and plan to order Gen 3, we recommend selecting "Don't know my size" when placing your Gen 3 order so that you can receive a Gen 3 Ring Sizing Kit before your ring is shipped.
