RingConn Gen 2 Air Gift Card Redemption Terms

KEY PROVISIONS AT A GLANCE
• RingConn provides redemption platform services only; the Gift Card sale contract is between the Purchaser and the B2B Channel Partner.
• All refund, return, and after-sales matters for the Gift Card itself must be directed to the original Channel Partner.
• The Recipient consents to the transmission of personal information to RingConn for the sole purpose of order fulfillment.
• Redemption codes are provided by the Channel Partner; RingConn performs technical verification only and assumes no liability for lost or stolen codes.
• End-of-Life policy applies to Gen 2 Air as set forth in ToS Section 19; the Recipient acknowledges acceptance of applicable lifecycle timelines.
1. Definitions
"Gift Card": The RingConn Gen 2 Air Gift Card package, typically including one (1) Sizing Kit and one (1) Redemption Card, sold through authorized B2B Channel Partners.
"B2B Channel Partner": The authorized reseller, distributor, or business entity from whom the Purchaser acquired the Gift Card.
"Redemption Card": The physical card included in the Gift Card package containing a unique redemption code (QR code) and serial number.
"Purchaser": The individual or entity who acquired the Gift Card from the B2B Channel Partner.
"Recipient": The individual who receives the Gift Card and submits the redemption request on ringconn.com.
"Redemption Period": Five (5) years from the date the Purchaser receives the Gift Card from the B2B Channel Partner, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. The Channel Partner may not specify a redemption period shorter than the minimum required by applicable law in the jurisdiction of sale.
2. Important Disclaimer
PLATFORM SERVICE ONLY
RINGCONN IS NOT THE SELLER OF THE GIFT CARD. The Gift Card was purchased from an authorized B2B Channel Partner. RingConn's role is limited to providing the technical platform for redemption and fulfilling the redemption request by delivering the smart ring product.
(1) The purchase agreement for the Gift Card is between the Purchaser and the B2B Channel Partner.
(2) Any disputes regarding purchase price, payment terms, or Gift Card package contents must be resolved directly with the B2B Channel Partner.
(3) Refund requests for the Gift Card must be directed to the B2B Channel Partner in accordance with their refund policy.
(4) RingConn does not process refunds for Gift Cards purchased through B2B channels under any circumstances.
(5) RingConn shall not be liable for any losses arising from the Channel Partner's failure to inform end-users of product lifecycle information.
3. Eligibility
(1) The Recipient must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
(2) The Recipient acknowledges that the Gift Card was purchased from an authorized B2B Channel Partner, and that RingConn is providing redemption fulfillment services only.
(3) Each Redemption Card may only be redeemed once. The redemption code becomes invalid immediately upon successful redemption.
(4) The Recipient must complete the sizing process using the included Sizing Kit before submitting the redemption request.
(5) Redemption is limited to one (1) ring per Redemption Card.
(6) The Redemption Card must be redeemed within the Redemption Period.
4. Data Processing Notice
GDPR / CCPA COMPLIANCE
The redemption process requires the collection and processing of the following information:
• Contact Information: email address, shipping address, and recipient name (for order fulfillment).
• Redemption Credentials: redemption code and serial number (for eligibility verification and B2B Channel Partner settlement).
• Product Preferences: ring color and size selection (for product personalization).
• Channel Attribution Data: B2B Channel Partner identifier (if embedded in the redemption code) for partner commission and settlement purposes.
This information is processed in accordance with the RingConn Privacy Policy. By submitting a redemption request, you consent to such processing.
For EEA/UK users: The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) for Channel Partner settlement.
For California residents: Personal information is processed in accordance with the CCPA/CPRA. RingConn does not sell or share redemption data for targeted advertising purposes.
5. Redemption Process
(1) The Recipient shall visit the designated Gen 2 Air redemption page on ringconn.com by scanning the QR code on the Redemption Card or entering the provided URL.
(2) The Recipient shall enter: (a) the redemption code; (b) the serial number; (c) a valid email address; (d) preferred ring color and size from available Gen 2 Air options.
(3) Upon submission, the Recipient will be directed to a checkout page to provide shipping information. No payment is required. Order validation is performed exclusively through verification of the redemption code and serial number.
(4) Upon successful verification, RingConn will generate a product order and send an order confirmation to the provided email address.
(5) The Gift Card shall be deemed fully consumed upon order confirmation.
(6) RingConn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any redemption request where the redemption code is invalid, expired, previously used, or associated with fraudulent activity.
Section 5.1 - Nature of Redemption Order
The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that:
(1) The zero-value checkout during redemption is solely a fulfillment process for the Gift Card previously purchased by the Purchaser from the B2B Channel Partner.
(2) No new sales contract is formed between the Recipient and RingConn at the time of redemption.
(3) The redemption constitutes the Purchaser's exercise of the right to obtain the product embodied in the Gift Card.
(4) Once the redemption code is validated and the ring order is confirmed, the Gift Card is fully consumed and the underlying purchase transaction between the Purchaser and the B2B Channel Partner is deemed complete.
(5) For EEA and UK consumers: The redemption of the Gift Card constitutes immediate performance of a contract for the supply of personalized goods (specific color and size selected by the Recipient). Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such contracts.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping is included at no additional charge for delivery to supported destinations.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. RingConn is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title pass to the Recipient upon delivery to the carrier.
The Recipient is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7.1 Size and Color Exchanges
One-time size and color exchange may be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to Gen 2 Air size and color availability. The original ring must be returned in unused condition (meaning: no physical wear, no APP activation record, and with original packaging and accessories complete).
7.2 Defective Products
(1) Manufacturing defects must be reported within fourteen(14) days of delivery for replacement consideration, subject to RingConn's Gen 2 Air warranty policy.
7.3 B2B Channel Returns & Refunds
(1) Gift Card returns and refund requests must be processed through the original B2B Channel Partner in (2) accordance with their return and refund policy.
(2) Upon request from the B2B Channel Partner, RingConn will verify whether the redemption code has been used to assist the Channel Partner's return assessment.
(3) If the code is UNUSED: The Channel Partner may seek redemption code deactivation and a return authorization (RMA) from RingConn. RingConn reserves the right to accept or decline such requests.
(4) If the code has BEEN USED: No refund or return of the Gift Card is permitted. Product warranty claims must follow the defect process in Section 7.3.
(5) RingConn does NOT issue refunds directly to end-users for Gift Cards purchased through B2B channels under any circumstances.
7.4 Post-Redemption
(1) Once a Redemption Card has been redeemed and the ring order confirmed, the Gift Card is deemed fully consumed.
(2) No cancellation, refund, or return of the Gift Card is permitted after redemption, except for the one-time size exchange expressly provided in Section 8.1.
8. End-of-Life Notice
CRITICAL NOTICE
The RingConn Gen 2 Air Smart Ring is subject to the End-of-Life (EOL) Policy set forth in Section 19 of the Terms of Service. Key points:
• End-of-Sale (EOM): RingConn will provide at least 6 months' advance notice before ceasing to accept new orders.
• End of Full Service (EOFS): Within one year after EOM, new service contracts may be signed.
• End of Service & Support (EOS): All services will be discontinued 5 years after the EOM date.
By redeeming this Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the product lifecycle status and accept the associated timelines (as may be updated by RingConn from time to time; RingConn reserves the right to adjust such timelines based on actual circumstances). Your B2B Channel Partner is obligated to provide you with current lifecycle information.
If the Gen 2 Air Smart Ring reaches End-of-Sale (EOM) during the Gift Card validity period, RingConn will honor redemptions in accordance with the EOL policy support timeline or offer a comparable alternative product at no additional charge.
9. Redemption Code Rules
(1) Redemption codes are provided to the B2B Channel Partner by RingConn. RingConn performs technical verification only.
(2) RingConn assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or improperly distributed redemption codes. Such matters must be addressed with the B2B Channel Partner.
(3) Each redemption code is unique, single-use, and non-transferable after redemption.
(4) The redemption code may be transferred to another individual BEFORE redemption.
(5) If a refund is processed for an unused code through the Channel Partner, the code is permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated.
(6) Physical Gift Cards must be provided in tamper-evident packaging that conceals the redemption code until opened. If you receive a card with exposed or visible redemption code, contact your B2B Channel Partner immediately and do not proceed with redemption.
(7) The Gift Card is for single-use only and must be applied to one (1) order in full. No partial redemption, account balance, or cash back is provided. Any unused portion of the Gift Card value cannot be refunded or transferred.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RINGCONN'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GIFT CARD REDEMPTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO THE B2B CHANNEL PARTNER. RINGCONN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
RINGCONN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE B2B CHANNEL PARTNER'S ACTS OR OMISSIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MISREPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT FEATURES, PRICING DISPUTES, FAILURE TO DISCLOSE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE INFORMATION, BREACH OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT, OR ANY OTHER CONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE GIFT CARD.
11. Modifications
RingConn reserves the right to modify these Redemption Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the redemption page.
12. Governing Law
These Redemption Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
