Are all RingConn Gen 1 users eligible for the RingConn trade-in program?
Yes, all RingConn Gen 1 users who have not previously participated in a RingConn trade-in and whose device is still functional are eligible.
Can the trade-in offer be combined with other discounts?
No, the RingConn trade-in offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Can I trade in two devices in a single order?
No, each order can only apply one trade-in discount. If you have two devices to trade in, please place separate orders.
What should I do if the system displays the full price after 15 minutes?
Simply revalidate your trade-in and complete the payment within 15 minutes.
Do I have to use my RingConn app account email to place an order?
Yes, you must log in with the same email linked to your RingConn app to complete the purchase and track your order.
How long does the trade-in process take?
Once we receive confirmation of your successful payment, the entire process typically takes 2–5 weeks, depending on logistics and your location.
Do I need to return my old device to receive the full trade-in discount?
For Gen 1 users: You can keep your old device as a memento—it will be automatically deactivated 60 days after your purchase. Returning it is optional, but if you choose to send it back, you can ship it to one of the return addresses listed below.
For users trading in other devices: You must return your old device within 30 days of receiving your new RingConn device. Failure to do so may result in deactivation of your new device or a charge for the full trade-in value credited to your purchase.
What should I do if the system displays the full price after 15 minutes?
Revalidate your trade-in and complete the payment within 15 minutes.
Can I buy a second-hand RingConn smart ring?
Be cautious when buying second-hand RingConn smart rings. If a ring has been traded in, it will be deactivated and cannot be used. When you try to bind a traded-in ring, the app will alert you with a pop-up message.
