What is the Typical Shipping Timeframe for RingConn Products?
For RingConn free sizing kit shipping time:
After receiving an order confirmation from us, sizing kits are usually shipped within 2-5 business days. The sizing kits are delivered within 5-10 business days.
Please NOTE: If you have already determined your RingConn size using a sizing kit from a friend or family member, you can select your size directly from the dropdown menu on our purchase site.
For RingConn shipping time:
After confirming the ring size, we will ship your RingConn within 2-5 business days after sending you the shipping confirmation email. The ring is delivered within 7-12 business days.
You can track the status of your order (e.g., size confirmed, ring shipped, ring delivered) through “My Account.”
Once your order has officially shipped, our team will send you an email with tracking details.

What is the Shipping Area and What is the Shipping Cost?
Available shipping areas include the following regions: United States, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Japan, Netherlands, Italy, France, Hong Kong, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Spain, China, Sweden.
Free shipping applies to each of the above-mentioned shippable areas.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Please NOTE: If you need to change your RingConn delivery address, you should do so before updating your ring size.
For customers in the US, you can update your delivery address if the new address is in the same state. However, some states allow local governments to impose additional general or selective sales taxes. If your local government does this, meaning that the new address you want to change to is in a city where the tax rate is different from your original address, we may not be able to change the address on your order.
Currently, it is not possible to update an address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact our team for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one. We will be happy to help you. [email protected]
For orders that have already been shipped:
Please contact the carrier. To find the carrier on your order, please check the order confirmation email you received after making your purchase.
Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website. We also provide direct links to each of our carrier websites below.

Where Does RingConn Ship From?
Orders to the US are shipped from either the US or Hong Kong.
All other orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

What If I Receive the Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged or defective RingConn, or there are discrepancies in quantity or quality between the RingConn delivered and the specifications in the relevant order confirmation or invoice, please take clear pictures of the situation and contact our team within 3 days of receiving the RingConn. We will investigate and make every reasonable effort to help you resolve the problem.

What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received?
Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the shipping company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any surveillance video you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and rectify it.
