1. Return & Refund Policy

 

Products in our policies means the products listed on RingConn.com. RingConn.com sells and ships Products to end-user customers only.
Only product(s) that have been purchased directly from RingConn.com can be returned and refunded under our policy. Product(s) purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Sizing kits are considered consumables and, as such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you cancel your order after the sizing kits have been shipped, a $10 charge will be applied.
Please NOTE: To ensure you find the best fit and receive accurate data and insights from your RingConn, we recommend purchasing directly from our website. With every purchase, you’ll receive a free sizing kit that is customized to our slightly different RingConn sizes, which differ from standard US ring sizes. Please note that we do not offer half sizes. If you already know your RingConn size from a family or friend’s sizing kit, you can select it directly from the dropdown menu on our site.

1.1 Return

 
1.1.1 What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?
 

Once the product(s) you purchased from RingConn.com are delivered to your shipping address, you enjoy a period 14 calender days to request for a return and/or refund of the Product for any of the following reasons:

  • That the Product was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • That the Product delivered does not match the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) ;
  • That the Product delivered is materially different from the description provided by us when you paid the order;

To benefit from our return policy, please ensure that:

  • The return Product must be in its original condition upon receipt and not used.
  • You submit return request to our customer service team via the contact details we provided with 14 calender days after the date of delivery. You have a further 14 calendar days to send the Product(s) back to us after you submit your return request.
  • You submit to us photo of the Product if you find defect, damage, nonconformity of the Product with description in your return request.
  • The return Product is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received them.
  • Please NOTE that you are responsible for all costs of returning the Product to us, and any shipping and handling charges and taxes paid are not refundable, except in the situation when the reason for returning the Product is due to defect, damage, nonconformity of the Product and that you have provided photo with description in your return request in advance.

1.1.2 What is RingConn’s Policy for Exchange?
 

If the Product delivered is in its original condition upon receipt and not used, but you want to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend that you submit to us a return request and initiate a new order.
Please NOTE that, in this case, the Return Policy set forth in “1.1.1 What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?” applies.

1.1.3 What Should I Do If the Product Arrived Damaged?
 

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to the Product.

  • If this has happened, please follow these steps:
  • If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the packet. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
  • If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier company to file a complaint. You may get compensation in accordance with the courier company’s policy.
  • Contact our customer service team upon your knowledge of the damage with your order number and a full description with pictures of the damaged Product. We will contact the courier company. If the courier company compensated us in such case, we will return this compensation to you.
  • Please note that each courier company may adopt its own compensation policy.
1.1.4 Can I Return My Ring If I Don’t Have the Original Package It Arrived In?
 

We recommend you to use the original package or any suitable packages that would provide sufficient protection to the returned Product.
Once we receive the returned Product, we shall conduct inspection for any damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. If any of these issues are found, we reserve the rights to determine the diminished value of the Product and deduct it from the refund

1.1.5 Can I Still Return or Exchange My RingConn Without the Original Order Number?
 

Unfortunately, we cannot process your request for return or exchange if you cannot provide the original order number.
To locate your order number, you can log in to your My Account or search for the order confirmation email that was sent to you when you purchased or received RingConn as a gift. If you are still unable to find it, please contact our team at [email protected] and provide them with the email address used to place the order, the current ring model and size, and any other relevant details.
Please NOTE: If the ring was a gift, the email address used to place the order may belong to the person who purchased it on your behalf. Additionally, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.1.6 Can I Cancel My Paid Order?
 

You may cancel a paid order before the purchased Product is packaged and ready for shipping. Please submit your cancel requests to our customer service team via the contact details we provided. We will initiate your refund immediately after we receive your cancellation request.

1.2 Refunds

 
1.2.1 What is RingConn’s Policy for Refunds?
 

A full refund means that you shall be refunded the total amount of the order. If you return the Product under the conditions set forth in “1.1.1 What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?”, you are entitled to a full refund.
However, you may enjoy partial refunds if one or more of the conditions below are met:

  • We may in our discretion, decide the diminished value of the return Product and deduct it from the full refund, if we find any damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts upon our inspection of the return Product, unless such issues have been duly declared in your return request in advance.
  • We may offer bundled Products or provide you with a gift if you purchase in RingConn.com. To receive your full refund, we recommend that you return the bundled products and gifts in their entirety. If you are not be able to do so, you may have to pay us a proportionate compensation or we may deduct it from your refund.
  • Please NOTE that you are responsible for all costs of returning the Product to us, and any shipping and handling charges and taxes paid are not refundable, unless the reason for returning the Product is due to defect, damage, nonconformity of the Product and that you have provided photo with description in your return request in advance.

If you canceled a paid order, you are entitled to a full refund of the total amount of the order.

1.2.2 What is the Processing Time for Returns or Exchanges?
 

For any return request under the terms set forth in “1.1.1 What is RingConn’s Policy for Return?”, we will initiate a refund immediately after we receive the return product. Refunds will be conducted via the payment method initially used, within a maximum time frame of 30 calendar days or of receiving the returned Product or the proof of return from you, whichever is earlier.
For any cancellation request under the terms set forth “1.1.6 Can I Cancel My Paid Order?”, we will initiate a refund immediately after we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be conducted via the payment method initially used only, within a maximum time frame of 14 calendar days

1.2.3 Is it Possible to Hold Deposits on Credit Cards?

1.2.4 Can I Get a Refund on a Different Card or Bank Account?
 

Please be aware that refunds will be conducted via the payment method initially used only. We are unable to issue a refund to a different card or bank account.

1.2.5 What If I Don’t See a Refund Transaction on My Account?
 

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on the account that you used to make the purchase, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you are unable to identify a refund transaction within a week of receiving your confirmation email from us, please contact your bank. 1.3 Warranty

 
1.3.1 RingConn’s Warranty Policy
 

All original components of the new Product are covered by a one-year warranty for non EEA (European Economic Area (EEA)) countries and a two-year warranty for EEA countries from the delivery date.
Claims under this warranty must be made directly to RingConn, and proof of purchase is required.
The warranty applies to original owners and is transferable to further owners.
RingConn will repair, replace or refund if the damage is caused by a defect in our workmanship.
Please NOTE:
The warranty does not cover the following:
i. An improper or negligent use, operation, or transformation.
ii. Maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (e.g., lack of care).
iii. Normal wear and tear.
iv. All rechargeable batteries are consumables with a limited lifespan, so their capacity and performance will gradually decline over time. Therefore, battery replacement is not included in our standard warranty policy.
v. Damages or defects due to accidents.

1.3.2 How do I start the warranty process?

Please describe your ring or charger problem and include any relevant pictures or videos as an attachment.
A close-up image of the damaged area, and a more comprehensive photo of the entire ring containing any physical damage, will help our team assist you as quickly as possible.
