1. One email account/one product serial number can only participate once, please keep your app email account and product serial number safe.
2. Your RingConn Gen 1 will be deactivated 60 days after the trade-in is completed.
3. You can choose to keep the ring as a souvenir or you can choose to send the ring back to us.
1. Each device (serial number) can only be used for trade-in once. Please keep your device’s serial number safe.
2. You must send your trade-in device to RingConn within 30 days of receiving your new RingConn product under the trade-in program. Below is a list of return addresses—you can choose the one closest to you. After completing the trade-in, the address list will also be emailed to you.
3. Before sending your trade-in device, please ensure that all personal data is erased. RingConn will not return any items sent along with your trade-in device:
