How to use the activation code?

Your activation code is unique - store it safely and do not disclose it. Before activating your code, please update the app to version 3.5.0 or later. Activation codes are model-specific: Gen 2 for Gen 2 rings, Gen 2 Air for Gen 2 Air rings.

Care+ coverage options: 1-year at $29.99 and 2-year at $49.99, replacement, damage and theft coverage.

1. Purchase & get your code

Buy RingConn Care+ on the official website, then find your activation code in the order email or on the order page.

2. Open the app & navigate

Pair your ring with the app, then go to “Me” → “RingConn Care+”.

STEP 1

Open the app and go to “Me” → “RingConn Care+” → “Initiate Replacement”

Checkout process with PayPal and Apple Pay options. Contact form with email and delivery address selection.

STEP 2

Enter your RingConn app email, shipping details, and pay the shipping fee.

Replacement successful confirmation message, with checkmark and close button.

STEP 3

Once completed, sit back and wait for your new ring to arrive.

Replacement Details

1. Replacement ring does not include accessories, only the ring itself.The new ring will have the same size and color as the original.
2. A $10 shipping fee applies per replacement.
3. Once shipped, the old ring will be deactivated after 30 days for security reasons.
