For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the RingConn Gen 2 on the index finger. This finger typically has stronger arterial blood flow, enhancing measurement precision. However, the ring maintains consistent accuracy whether worn on the index, middle, or ring finger.

Please refer to the tips below:

1. Wearing the ring properly

The sensor inside your ring should be on the palm side of your finger. The ring should fit securely and comfortably around your finger's base.

2. Evaluate the fit

1.) Make sure your fingers are within average body temperature. Your fingers expand and contract based on environmental factors.

2.) We recommend wearing your sizing ring for at least 24 hours to confirm the best fit. (Your ring should not rotate as you perform regular daily tasks.)

3.) Wear it throughout the night. Your finger may be slightly larger in the morning.

4.) Choose the proper knuckle for your ring. A ring that is too tight or too loose is not suitable for accurate data measurement.

3. How to determine between the two sizes

We recommend choosing the smaller size in between to get more accurate measurements, or sending pictures and videos to us to assist you in choosing the best-fit size.

The ring sizes for both Gen 2 and Gen 2 Air are the same. Consequently, the sizing kits for both are the same sizes.

The RingConn Gen 2 lasts up to 10–12 days on a full charge, depending on ring size:
Sizes 6–7: up to 10 days
Sizes 8–11: up to 11 days
Sizes 12–14: up to 12 days
Note: Enabling the OSA feature may increase power consumption due to more frequent monitoring.

Each RingConn account supports pairing with only one ring at a time. To retain your historical and future data in the same account, please unpair your old ring before pairing the new one.
Alternatively, you can create a separate account for the new ring. To avoid potential data loss from frequent account switching, we strongly recommend using separate devices for daily login and data sync (e.g., a different phone or tablet).

Yes. It continuously monitors your heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), body temperature, sleep, daily steps, calories burned during exercise, and more.

Absolutely. Whether you're sleeping overnight or taking a quick nap, the RingConn Gen 2 tracks your sleep patterns, including sleep apnea detection. It accurately measures your time in REM, Light, and Deep sleep stages, and detects breathing interruptions that may indicate sleep apnea. It also continuously tracks blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) — a key metric many wearables overlook.

Yes. The RingConn Gen 2 is made of lightweight and durable titanium, making it ideal for activities like running, cycling, and yoga. It’s rated IP68 waterproof, so it can withstand sweat and water exposure.Note: Like many materials, it may scratch if it comes into contact with surfaces harder than the ring itself.

The Charging Case included in your Gen 2 order is specially designed for your ring size, allowing convenient wireless charging anytime, anywhere. Please note that the charging case is not available for separate purchases. In case of loss, kindly consider purchasing a replacement charging dock.

The Charging Dock included with your Gen 2 Air order is compatible with all ring sizes and supports wired charging. If you do not require another charging dock, there is no need for an extra purchase.

Only applicable to orders that select the "Don't know my size" option. After measuring the ring size with the sizing kit, you will have a one-time opportunity to update the ring color while submitting the ring details through your account.
