This feature overview explains the additions and their limits. Gen 3 does not provide single blood pressure readings, and its vibration motor does not deliver phone messages or wake-up alarms.

Gen 3 is a smart health ring for everyday wellness information. Its specifications should be compared under the stated conditions; the highest battery figure is not guaranteed for every size and setting.
Vascular insights bring together nighttime patterns, daily habits and manual inputs to show trends. They are not individual systolic or diastolic blood pressure measurements. If you enter a reading from another monitor, that remains a measurement from the separate device.
Vibration provides reminders directly on your finger for supported health events, sedentary reminders and low battery. If you searched “does RingConn have an alarm?” or “RingConn Gen 3 vibration alarm,” the current product FAQ answers that it does not vibrate for messages or alarms.
These are useful distinctions when comparing devices. A reminder to review information is different from a diagnosis or an emergency warning system.
The product FAQ lists heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, skin temperature, stress, steps and calories. During sleep it also describes sleep duration, stages, apnea-related indicators and overnight vascular load trends.
Use a ring that tracks sleep to compare patterns, while remembering that sleep stages are estimates and skin temperature describes changes at the skin. A single metric does not explain why you feel tired or identify a medical condition.
Gen 2 also offers sleep and everyday wellness tracking. Gen 3’s additions do not establish that every shared measurement is more accurate for every person.
Gen 3 uses a different sizing system from previous RingConn models. Use its dedicated sizing kit before choosing a size. The available finishes are Future Silver, Royal Gold, Matte Black, Brushed Silver and Brushed Rose Gold.
The Gen 3 charging case and Gen 2 Air dock are listed as compatible with all RingConn rings and sizes. A Gen 2 case can charge Gen 3 if the ring fits inside. The included Gen 3 case therefore differs from Gen 2’s size-specific case.
For a smart ring without subscription, compare the features you want alongside price, sizing and charging. The current U.S. starting price for Gen 3 is $349; region, finish and offers may change your selection’s price.
RingConn products are not medical devices. Their wellness information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Its main additions include vascular trends, vibration reminders and a universal case, alongside sleep, activity and daily wellness information.
The product FAQ says vibration is for health alerts and reminders, not messages or alarms.
It provides vascular health trend insights rather than single blood pressure readings.
The listed ranges are 10–12 days with vibration on and 11–14 days with it off. Actual use depends on settings, size and usage.
No. Use the Gen 3 sizing kit because its sizing system differs from previous RingConn rings.
