Chapter 1: RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign Terms
The RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by RingConn (HongKong) Limited (“RingConn” or “we/us/our”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Campaign. Particular attention should be paid to any terms highlighted in bold, as they may significantly affect your rights. If you do not accept these Terms or disagree with any part of them, please immediately cease participation.
By ticking the consent checkbox, or by submitting your information and completing the registration or order process as instructed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms in full.

Campaign Terms
1.1 These Terms govern your participation in the Campaign and include this document, as well as your original sales receipt or contract/order.
1.2 The Campaign benefits are in addition to any rights provided under applicable law, product warranties, or any complimentary technical support. Your contract/order may be paid by you or a third-party financing or payment provider (the “Contract Payment Provider”).
1.3 Please use your email address to participate in the Campaign and complete your purchase using the same email when entering any coupon code during checkout.
1.4 When participating, you must truthfully provide the required information, including but not limited to your full name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. To provide the Campaign services, RingConn may transfer this information to the RingConn App. Please refer to Chapter 2 for details on the privacy policy.

Eligible Products/Services
The Campaign applies only to the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring and RingConn Gen 2 Care+ 2-Year Service.

From June 16, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT).

Eligibility Regions
4.1 The Campaign is open to customers located in the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Egypt.
4.2 Customers from the above locations may view Campaign details on RingConn.com during the event.

Campaign Coupon Codes
5.1 During the Campaign period, you may receive two types of coupon codes:

10% off: applicable to purchases of the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring.

50% off: applicable to purchases of the RingConn Gen 2 Care+ 2-Year Service. These coupons cannot be combined or used across different product categories.
5.2 Each email address is limited to a one-time redemption of the coupons. You must use the same email address during checkout as the one used to receive the coupons.
5.3 Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the final discount amount may vary and is subject to the actual deduction at the time of your transaction.
5.4 Coupon codes are valid from June 16, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT). Any unused codes after the expiration date will automatically become invalid.
5.5 These Campaign coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by RingConn.
5.6 You are responsible for safeguarding your coupon codes. RingConn is not liable for any unauthorized use or loss of coupon codes due to your negligence.
Chapter 2: Privacy Policy for the Campaign
RingConn (HongKong) Limited and its affiliates ("RingConn," "we," "our") have established this Privacy Policy to inform our users about what data we collect from them, how we use this data, and how we protect it. In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable individual; and "services" refers to our website https://ringconn.com/ ("Website"), our mobile application ("RingConn App"), and other services linked to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions of companies that we do not own or control or individuals who are not managed by us. By using the services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to all users participating in the RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign . This policy will detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information during the RingConn 2025 Anniversary Campaign.
