RingConn 2026 Anniversary Campaign Terms & Conditions
The RingConn 2026 Anniversary Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by Onovo Technology (Hong Kong) Limited (“RingConn” or “we/us/our”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Campaign. Particular attention should be paid to any terms highlighted in bold, as they may significantly affect your rights. If you do not accept these Terms or disagree with any part of them, please immediately cease participation.
By ticking the consent checkbox, or by submitting your information and completing the registration or order process as instructed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms in full.
Campaign Terms
1.1 These Terms govern your participation in the Campaign and include this document, as well as your original sales receipt or contract/order.
1.2 The Campaign benefits are in addition to any rights provided under applicable law, product warranties, or any complimentary technical support. Your contract/order may be paid by you or a third-party financing or payment provider (the “Contract Payment Provider”).
1.3 Please use your email address to participate in the Campaign and complete your purchase using the same email when entering any coupon code during checkout.
1.4 When participating, you must truthfully provide the required information, including but not limited to your full name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. To provide the Campaign services, RingConn may transfer this information to the RingConn App. Please refer to Chapter 2 for details on the privacy policy.
Eligible Products/Services
The Campaign applies only to the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring.
Campaign Period
From June 27, 2026, 12:00 AM (PDT) to July 5, 2026, 11:59 PM (PDT).
Eligibility Regions
4.1 The Campaign is open to customers located in the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Chile, Colombia, United Kingdom, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, Liechtenstein, Cambodia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Iceland and South Africa
4.2 Customers from the above locations may view Campaign details on RingConn.com during the event.
Campaign Coupon Codes
5.1 During the Campaign Period, eligible purchases of the RingConn Gen 2 Smart Ring made through the official Campaign landing page will automatically receive a 15% promotional discount at checkout. No coupon code is required for this promotional discount.
5.2 During the Pre-launch Period (June 22, 2026, 12:00 AM (PDT) to June 26, 2026, 11:59 PM (PDT)), eligible customers could purchase one RingConn Sizing Kit for US$10. Customers who completed an eligible Sizing Kit purchase during the Pre-launch Period will receive one US$10 promotional code issued to the email address used for the purchase on or around June 27, 2026.
5.3 The US$10 promotional code:

may be used only during the Campaign Period;

may be combined with the automatically applied 15% promotional discount;

may be used once only;

is non-transferable and has no cash value.
5.4 Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the final discount amount may vary and is subject to the actual deduction at the time of your transaction.
5.5 Promotional benefits are valid only during the Campaign Period unless otherwise specified and cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by RingConn unless expressly stated.
5.6 Onovo Technology (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to cancel or adjust promotional benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, system error, cancelled qualifying orders, or other violations of these Terms.
