To ensure you find the best fit and receive accurate data and insights from your RingConn, we recommend purchasing directly from our website. With every purchase, you’ll receive a free sizing kit that is customized to our slightly different RingConn sizes, which differ from standard US ring sizes. Please note that we do not offer half sizes. If you already know your RingConn size from a family or friend’s sizing kit, you can select it directly from the dropdown menu on our site.

Financing Your Purchase

RingConn has partnered with Affirm, PayPal, and Stripe to offer you greater financial flexibility in your purchases. When you purchase now, you can complete your purchase in 3, 6, or 12 months with Affirm, which never charges late fees or hidden fees. To use this payment method, you’ll need to create an Affirm account and go through an eligibility check. Once you’ve selected a payment plan, you won’t be able to edit your order, so please make sure you’ve included all the items you need. Affirm is currently only available to U.S. shoppers, except those living in Iowa and West Virginia.

Making Payments & Refunds

Affirm will send you email and SMS reminders before your upcoming payments are due, and you can also enable Autopay when creating your account to schedule automatic monthly payments. Your first monthly payment is due 30 days after your order is fully processed.
To make a payment, go to, enter your mobile phone number, and enter the security PIN Affirm sends you. Then you can select the loan payment you want to make and pay using a debit card or ACH bank transfer.
If you need to return a RingConn purchased through Affirm, please get in touch with our team.
If we approve your return, we’ll transfer any payment amount received back to your Affirm account. Please note that paid interest will not be refunded. To check your refund status with Affirm, sign in to your account, navigate to Pay, and select your purchase.
If you need to exchange your RingConn through Affirm, please contact our team. If you want a new ring at a higher or lower price, you’ll need to reapply for a loan from Affirm. If you want to exchange for a ring with the same price, no need to reapply. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our team. If your order has not shipped, we’ll cancel the transaction and transfer any payments back to your Affirm account. If your order has shipped, please follow the return guidelines listed above. Please note that paid interest will not be refunded.

Modifying Your Order

Tracking Your Orders
