1. The Upper Arc

The orange pattern visually represents the Activity Score, ranging from 0 to 100 in a clockwise direction. This score is determined by step-counting, step-target ratio, and moderate/vigorous intensity time and reflects the physical activity level. It provides activity-level feedback and helps you obtain a better activity target.

2. The Middle Circle

2. The Middle Circle

The middle circle represents the four portions of stress levels throughout the day: Early Morning (12am to 6am), Morning (6am to 12n), Afternoon (12nn to 6pm), and Evening (6pm to 12am). Each segment is color-coded to indicate the stress level, ranging from relaxed to normal, medium, and high. This visualization tool can help you easily identify your stress levels at different times of the day.

The blue pattern represents the Sleep Score, which measures sleep quality ranging from 0 to 100 in a clockwise direction. This score is determined by several factors, including sleep duration, efficiency, wake-up times, and other physiological indicators related to sleep. It provides feedback on sleep quality and can help you develop better sleep habits over time.

Sleep

Sleep Score is a comprehensive indicator that measures the quality of an entire night’s sleep with the following three crucial factors.

First, the time asleep, time in bed, and sleep time ratio is monitored to estimate optimal sleep time. Then, the sleep stages are visualized to indicate awake, rapid eye movement, light sleep, and deep sleep, which helps you to know how you experienced the night. Lastly, various crucial physiological indicators indicate the body condition, including HR, HRV, SpO2, and skin temperature. Additionally, your nap during the day will also be detected if it exceeds 15 minutes.

Activity

Activity Score is an indicator of the effect of exercise on health on a given day. The higher the total activity score, the greater the health impact of the activity on that day.

Duration of Moderate- and Vigorous-intensity Activity: this is the sum of moderate to vigorous-intensity activity time. To maintain excellent health, the World Health Organization advises engaging in 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity (or 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity) every week.

Walking Distance: this is the distance obtained by multiplying step length by the number of steps. Therein, step length is estimated by height and active state. This data is updated every 15 minutes.
Activity Calories: this is the total energy consumed by activity throughout the day.

Stress

Stress Index is measured through Heart Rate Variability (HRV), which measures whether you are stressed or relaxed. Wearing the device throughout the day will obtain more accurate results.

The device will record your daily stress levels, ranging from 1 to 29 for low stress, 30 to 59 for regular, 60 to 79 for medium stress, and 80 to 100 for high stress.

The all-day stress score (1–100) measures the total stress level on a given day.
